Injectors and sensors DANI SL/IN, PTV, PK, FID, TCD, ECD, etc.
Injector for SL/IN chromatograph
The most popular injector in GC chromatography due to its patented design and technology of operation. The injector provides excellent accuracy in split-gap modes, without separation and pulse input. In addition, the gas saving mode after injection is a valuable feature to save costs.
Programmable temperature evaporator PTV
The patented evaporator is especially in demand when it is required to preserve the integrity of the sample sample. The sample is injected by cold injection followed by evaporation, eliminating the possibility of damage to the sample.
The PTV evaporator provides extremely fast heating speeds up to 1000°C/min and rapid cooling by ambient air. Cryogenic cooling is performed using CO2 or N2 gases.
Column injector PK
The PK column injector is a type of standard SL/IN injector with the difference that it is mounted directly into the column nozzles or other wider openings.
Flame Ionization detector FID
The FID detector measures the ions formed in organic compounds during combustion. It is extremely sensitive over a wide dynamic measurement range.
Thermal Conductivity Detector TCD
Most early chromatography devices were equipped with thermal conductivity sensors. They remain popular today, especially for the analysis of compounds such as H2O, CO, CO2, H2 and other inert gases.
Electron Capture Detector ECD
The detector is used to measure environmental parameters, determine the presence of pesticides and other halogenated organic compounds.
Nitrogen-phosphorus detector NPD
Due to its high sensitivity to phosphorus and nitrogen molecules, the detector is commonly used to detect pesticides, herbicides and narcotic compounds.
Photometric Detector FPD
The detector selectively detects sulfur and phosphorus compounds. The excellent characteristics of the detector can be used in the analysis of sulfur compounds in natural gas and organophosphate pesticides in agriculture, food products.
Detector for Mass spectrometers Master TOF MS Plus Detector
The detector is used as part of the Master TOF MS Plus mass spectrometer. It is the main component for chromatorgaphic and spectral analysis of samples.
